I wanted to create a neighborhood restaurant that reminds you of being at my Mamaw's house on Sunday: the menu is based on simple comfort foods that are locally grown and sourced when available that are non-gmo & organic foods, where the taste and quality stands for what I was taught during my childhood, and believe in to this day. Founded by Chef Shelley Pogue.
When dining at Farm To Fork, you will get a taste of fresh Texas Southern Homestyle Cuisine prepared with some French flare. Menu items will change depending on what is fresh that week, and/or in season. There will be some menu items that might not be available due to sourcing, and we will look for other non-gmo or organic options. Some of our Daily Specials will be based on limited supply items so check our Facebook Page to see menu of the day, so give us a "Like" if you want to follow us to get the daily menu selections.
Here are some of our daily offerings. We have a locally sourced beef burger with organic trimmings, a house roasted turkey breast panini with house made organic pesto, a locally sourced beef patty melt with caramelized onions and sauce on sauerbraten rye, a house roasted turkey BLT wrap, a triple threat grilled cheese made on a jalapeño cheddar bread with 3 cheeses with a sriracha aioli and a salted truffle oil finish, a bacon triple threat just add bacon to that already delicious grilled cheese, The #MooPig our meatloaf sandwich made with Akaushi Beef and natural pork and Wright's hickory thick cut bacon and three cheeses with caramelized onions a srirachia ailoi and house BBQ on jalapeno cheddar bread, our beef tenderloin sandwich which has sous vide beef tenderloin with seasoned gorgonzola sauce and arugula and acidified onions on a sweet sour dough bun, and #TheForkRueben house made turkey on a Jewish rye with a house made organic sauerkraut on the menu daily. Everything else changes due to seasonal products and what we can source locally.
Farm To Fork is now serving local Central Texas micro-brewed beer, and Messina Hof, Becker and Llano Estacado Texas Wines, and a Chilean organic wine. We also serve Dublin pure cane sodas made in Texas, and we are mighty proud of using Texan made products at Farm To Fork. We are always evolving in order to stay current and to meet the needs of our valued customers.
